Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Performed over the clients' clothes, this therapy releases restrictions located inside the membranes of the skull and spinal cord. It is recommended to wear "workout" style clothing that is loose and comfortable.

Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. The method engages the myofascial tissue and loads it with constant force until release occurs. To achieve this, practitioners can use knuckles, elbows, or other tools to slowly stretch the restricted fascia. The practitioner moves slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached. It is recommended to wear "workout" style clothing that is loose and comfortable.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage cushions and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen while allowing the therapist to access the trouble zones for the mom-to-be.

Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., Reiki) in the form of Qi (Japanese: Ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.
